Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot third-party clinical applications
- Manage application configuration, upgrades, patches, and maintenance
- Support integrations using HL7/FHIR
- Troubleshoot interface and data flow issues
- Support user access, security roles, and permissions
- Coordinate with infrastructure, interface, and vendor teams
- Support testing, incident management, and documentation
Skills
- 10+ Years of experience
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
- Clinical Application, Healthcare
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
