Online Data Typist
Job Title: Online Data Typist Department: Information Technology Reports To: IT Manager Summary: The Online Data Typist is responsible for entering data into computer systems and databases from home. This includes collecting, scanning, and digitizing data from a variety of sources, such as paper documents, spreadsheets, and images. The Online Data Typist must be accurate and efficient, and must be able to work independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- * Enter data into computer systems and databases from home
- * Collect, scan, and digitize data from a variety of sources
- * Maintain detailed and organized records of data entries
- * Verify the accuracy of data entries
- * Resolve data entry errors
- * Work independently and meet deadlines
- * Follow all company policies and procedures
- Qualifications:
- * High school diploma or equivalent
- * 1-2 years of experience in data entry
- * Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
- * Attention to detail
- * Ability to work independently
- * Strong organizational skills
- * Ability to meet deadlines
- * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- * Internet connection
- * Reliable computer
- * Quiet work environment
