Position Overview
We are actively seeking detail‑oriented, self‑motivated individuals to join our remote team as Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you will be a critical part of arenaflex’s data capture engine, ensuring that high‑volume medical documents and images are accurately entered, verified, and processed within our proprietary QuickClaim system. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our clients’ operations and the quality of care delivered to millions of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from a continuous stream of scanned images and electronic documents into the QuickClaim platform.
- Identify and classify document types (e.g., claim forms, eligibility letters, medical records) based on visual cues and accompanying metadata.
- Review entered information for completeness, correctness, and compliance with internal quality standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s privacy policies.
- Communicate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve data discrepancies or clarify ambiguous entries.
- Suggest process improvements, automation enhancements, or workflow optimizations to increase throughput and reduce error rates.
- Complete daily task quotas, ensuring that all assigned work is finished before the end of your shift.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed, such as filing, data quality reporting, and participating in team meetings.
Essential Qualifications
- Self‑Motivation & Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay on task, and meet productivity targets without constant supervision.
- Multitasking Capability: Comfortable handling multiple document streams simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Proven track record of delivering error‑free work in fast‑paced environments.
- Typing Proficiency: Minimum 50 words per minute (WPM) with at least 95% accuracy; minimum 4,500 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy.
- Confidentiality Commitment: Ability to safeguard PHI and adhere to HIPAA and arenaflex security protocols.
- English Fluency: Strong reading and speaking skills in English to interpret documents and communicate effectively.
- Quick Learning Ability: Capacity to absorb new instructions, software updates, and procedural changes rapidly.

- Previous experience in medical data entry, health‑care claims processing, or related administrative roles.

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage of $12 per hour, with both part‑time and full‑time opportunities available. Full‑time positions are preferred, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, providing flexibility to accommodate personal commitments.
