You will work from the comfort of your home, handling a high volume of inbound calls, processing transactions, and providing clear, accurate guidance that helps callers make informed decisions.

This is a temporary‑to‑permanent opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $15‑$16, with the potential for full‑time employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls from clients, employees, and third‑party partners with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide education and resolve complex HR and financial issues related to health care benefits, 401(k) savings, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and payroll.
  • Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct‑deposit updates, 401(k) withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections.
  • Conduct research and casework to investigate and resolve escalated inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely outcomes.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously, guiding callers through online portals when needed.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate records in arenaflex’s internal databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with third‑party vendors, benefits administrators, and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Document each interaction thoroughly, capturing key details, resolutions, and follow‑up actions.
  • Identify trends in caller concerns and share insights with leadership to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to all compliance, security, and quality standards set by arenaflex and regulatory bodies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliability: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work the designated shift (8 AM – 11 PM CST) from a home office that meets arenaflex’s technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with HRIS, benefits administration platforms, or payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing health benefits, retirement plans, and payroll.
  • Certification in customer service excellence (e.g., CCSP, HDI Customer Service).
  • Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, to serve a diverse client base.
  • Previous remote work experience, demonstrating self‑discipline and effective time management.
