Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic, humble, and driven individuals to join our virtual call‑center as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, handling high‑volume inbound calls from customers who use our arenaflex Instant Oil Change service. Working from the comfort of your home, you’ll provide world‑class assistance, guide customers to the right service solutions, and help drive traffic to our physical locations. This is a full‑time, remote position with flexible shift options that include evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, courteous service to customers calling about arenaflex products, services, and store locations.
  • Accurately quote prices for oil‑change services, tire rotations, and other preventive‑maintenance offerings.
  • Provide clear information about store hours, service availability, and promotional offers.
  • Assess each caller’s needs, recommend appropriate services, and encourage visits to nearby arenaflex locations.
  • Maintain a high call‑handling volume—up to 8 back‑to‑back calls per shift—while preserving quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary CRM and call‑tracking software to log interactions, update customer records, and follow up on open issues.
  • Employ strong research skills to troubleshoot technical or service‑related questions, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams (dispatch, service advisors, and management) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Adhere to scheduled shift times (12 pm‑9 pm, 1 pm‑10 pm, or 2 pm‑11 pm ET) and be available for weekend coverage as required.
  • Maintain a stable, high‑speed internet connection and hard‑wire your router to meet security and performance standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, service‑driven setting.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone presence.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with remote colleagues.
  • Reliable home office setup, including a computer, headset, and a hard‑wired high‑speed internet connection.
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts according to business needs.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with automotive service terminology or prior exposure to the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Problem‑solving aptitude and the ability to think on your feet while maintaining composure.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for assisting customers with online scheduling or mobile app usage.
