Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter information from a variety of sources—including scanned documents, electronic forms, and voice recordings—into arenaflex’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Data Validation & Correction: Perform routine checks to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and flag anomalies for further investigation, ensuring that all records meet arenaflex’s strict quality standards.
  • Integrity Audits: Conduct regular data integrity audits, cross‑referencing entries against source documents and system reports to maintain a flawless data environment.
  • Confidentiality Management: Safeguard sensitive customer and operational data by adhering to arenaflex’s data‑privacy policies and industry‑standard security protocols.
  • Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with logistics coordinators, finance teams, customer service representatives, and IT specialists to resolve data‑related issues and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Document Preparation: Organize, sort, and prioritize incoming documents for entry, ensuring that high‑volume periods are managed without compromising accuracy.
  • Information Requests: Respond promptly to internal data requests, providing accurate extracts and reports to authorized team members.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement enhancements to data entry procedures, tools, and templates, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a data entry, data processing, or clerical role, preferably within a logistics, transportation, or e‑commerce environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and basic database management tools. Experience with arenaflex’s proprietary platforms is a plus.
  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Ability to type at least 70 words per minute with an error rate of less than 2%.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated track record of meticulous work, with an emphasis on data quality and error detection.
  • Confidentiality Handling: Experience managing confidential or personally identifiable information (PII) in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple data streams simultaneously.
  • Independent Work Style: Comfortable working autonomously, with minimal supervision, while maintaining high productivity levels.
