The Account Executive role involves managing the full sales cycle, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification through close and handoff to onboarding
  • Conducting discovery calls and understanding client goals
  • Presenting tailored solutions and communicating the value of Automated Inbound’s services
  • Following up with inbound leads and maintaining an organized opportunity pipeline
  • Accurately forecasting revenue using the company’s CRM tools
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation, high client satisfaction, and strong retention
  • Tracking performance metrics, refining outreach and sales messaging, and contributing feedback to improve offers, processes, and client outcomes

Skills

  • Proven skills in consultative selling, handling objections, and closing deals in a B2B or services environment
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline, using CRM tools, and maintaining accurate activity and revenue forecasts
  • Ability to conduct structured discovery calls, assess client needs, and present clear, outcome-focused proposals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear email outreach and confident video or phone meetings
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with high autonomy, accountability, and time-management discipline
  • Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, or inbound selling; experience selling marketing or consulting services is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with marketing, operations, and client success teams
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; prior experience as an Account Executive, Sales Consultant, or similar role preferred
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving offers and scripts, and incorporate coaching and feedback into daily practice
  • Prior experience as an Account Executive, Sales Consultant, or similar role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial but not required
