[Remote] Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification through close and handoff to onboarding
- Conducting discovery calls and understanding client goals
- Presenting tailored solutions and communicating the value of Automated Inbound’s services
- Following up with inbound leads and maintaining an organized opportunity pipeline
- Accurately forecasting revenue using the company’s CRM tools
- Collaborating closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation, high client satisfaction, and strong retention
- Tracking performance metrics, refining outreach and sales messaging, and contributing feedback to improve offers, processes, and client outcomes
Skills
- Proven skills in consultative selling, handling objections, and closing deals in a B2B or services environment
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, using CRM tools, and maintaining accurate activity and revenue forecasts
- Ability to conduct structured discovery calls, assess client needs, and present clear, outcome-focused proposals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear email outreach and confident video or phone meetings
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with high autonomy, accountability, and time-management discipline
- Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, or inbound selling; experience selling marketing or consulting services is a plus
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with marketing, operations, and client success teams
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; prior experience as an Account Executive, Sales Consultant, or similar role preferred
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving offers and scripts, and incorporate coaching and feedback into daily practice
- Prior experience as an Account Executive, Sales Consultant, or similar role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial but not required
