[Remote] Senior Finance Manager

They are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while maintaining robust financial controls and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare management reports, monitor cash flow, and provide insight into revenue, cost drivers, and profitability
- Help maintain robust financial controls, support month-end and quarter-end close processes, and coordinate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams
- Support fundraising or investor reporting, refine financial models, and contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency
Skills
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and building financial models
- Experience with management reporting, KPI tracking, and providing data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Knowledge of accounting principles and experience working closely with accounting teams on month-end and quarter-end processes
- Ability to design and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks in a growth-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Comfort working in a remote, cross-functional setting, managing priorities and deadlines independently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are an advantage
- Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth technology companies is a plus
