[Remote] eBilling Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Greenberg Traurig (GT) is a global law firm that offers an exciting employment opportunity for an eBilling Analyst. The role involves administering the firm's AI eBilling tool, analyzing billing data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient and timely client billing.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary administrator for the AI billing tool, Validate; maintains and updates validation rules and warning settings based on each client billing guideline
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of client billing guidelines to ensure successful submission of invoice
- Works closely with department leadership to improve eBilling efficiency in an effort to reduce reductions and rejections
- Monitors validation trends to identify recurring issues and recommends process improvements for each client
- Collaborates with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting staff to gather required billing information and address billing questions
- Tracks and reports on eBilling metrics, such as successful submission rates and rejection rates
- Identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in eBilling
- Maintains accurate records and documentation for all eBilling activities
- Flexibility to attend onsite trainings, work overtime and conduct business travel as needed

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic billing; law firm or third-party eBilling vendor experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with major electronic billing platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselLink, etc.) and law firm billing software (e.g., Elite, Aderant, etc.)
