[Remote] Product Manager, Legal Pro Services

Rocket Lawyer is the largest and most widely used online legal service platform in the world, seeking an exceptional product manager to build a marketplace for on-demand legal services. The role involves connecting legal professionals with customers, managing workflows, and ensuring successful product delivery to revolutionize the legal industry.
Responsibilities
- Build the product to deliver a marketplace for on-demand legal services, connecting legal pros with potential customers
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems, working closely with stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams
- Define KPIs to measure the success of the product, conduct product discovery, and produce detailed requirements
- Ensure timely release of the product to meet planned delivery dates
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and track changes to delivery dates and potential risks
- Instrument the product with events to capture metrics and monitor KPIs
Skills
- At least five years of experience as a Product Manager
- Proven track record of scaling SLA-timeframe driven fulfillment systems for products or services associated with a known brand
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, engineers, UX designers, operational specialists, partners, and customer-facing product managers
- Demonstrated drive and passion for making the law simple and affordable for all
- Ability to deliver high-quality technical products that meet the needs of business stakeholders
- Expertise in defining and prioritizing both functional and non-functional requirements
- Ability to represent ideas visually using user flows, wireframes, and presentations
- Adept at agile product delivery and thorough documentation
- Skilled at breaking projects down into tickets and refining with engineering teams
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and track changes to delivery dates
- Skilled at providing updates to stakeholders succinctly covering product releases, sprint commitments, risks, blockers, and due dates
- Ability to instrument products with events to capture metrics and monitor KPIs
- Experience in proposing products, features, and optimizations based on data-driven insights
- Ability to work effectively with customer-facing product teams, internal stakeholders, and designers
- Experience in developing successful relationships with third-party partners
- Ability to work with engineers to design systems that avoid technical debt
