[Remote] Oss/Bss presales consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Syncarp is a global IT service provider seeking an OSS/BSS presales and solutioning consultant with extensive experience in driving AI transformation. The role involves translating complex operational realities into clear narratives for C-suite executives, building AI-native solutions, and owning the technical win in TMT accounts.
Responsibilities

- You reframe, not just sell
- Lead consultative discovery and solutioning across TMT accounts, owning the technical win
- Architect AI-native solutions grounded in accelerator IP (knowledge graph / context engineering, agentic operations, data migration, network autonomy)
- Build executive-grade artifacts: solution architectures, ROI/business cases, reference implementations, and proof-of-value assets
- Embed FDE-style with customers during pilots; drive the pilot-to-production last mile
- Codify reusable assets and engagement patterns that compound across the practice
- Partner with account leadership and the CTO Office on three-horizon engagement framing (T&M → AI-hybrid → managed agentic operations)
- Mentor and help scale a presales-led SE bench across geos
Skills
- 10+ years in TMT/telecom solutions engineering, presales, or solution architecture, with significant time inside OSS/BSS environments
- Demonstrated ability to convert AI/GenAI pilots into production — references and artifacts expected
- Fluency in modern AI/agentic architectures, data platforms, and cloud-native operations
- Track record carrying the technical win on complex, multi-stakeholder Tier-1 pursuits
- Executive presence: credible from the operations floor to the boardroom
- FDE / forward-deployed mindset — bias to build, embed, and own
- Self-starting operator comfortable with ambiguity and accountable for outcomes
