[Remote] HR Project Manager

They are seeking an HR Project Manager to oversee the job requisition lifecycle, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and manage workforce data across the Americas distribution network, ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee job requisition lifecycle, ensuring roles are accurately scoped, approved, and opened
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize hiring needs and monitor progress against staffing plans
- Maintain job descriptions and profiles in alignment with job architecture and levelling frameworks
- Manage headcount reporting and workforce data across the Americas distribution network
- Monitor vacancies, workforce changes, and organizational movements
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR systems, including job and organizational updates
- Maintain HR KPI scorecards to track site performance
- Compile and organize data for talent reviews and succession planning discussions
- Coordinate performance management processes
- Facilitate internal mobility, promotions, and organizational changes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and consistent application of company policies
- Collaborate with site HR teams to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment
- Provide HR business partner support to a small client group spread across the United States
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience supporting distribution, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations
- Strong experience in requisition management, workforce data, and HR reporting
- Experience supporting hourly populations and multi-site environments
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and reporting tools
