[Remote] Content Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Content Management Analyst to focus on content modeling and structured content. In this role, you will manage and build the backend architecture for content, bridging creative marketing with personalization engines to enhance enterprise digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the structural architecture of content models, breaking down marketing collateral into well-defined types to be deployed in a Salesforce Personalization Engine
- Hit the ground running in your first 90 days by auditing existing marketing collateral, PDFs, and brochures, translating them into structured, system-ready data
- Audit and clean up our disclosure database, eliminating duplicates and inaccuracies to compile a unified, deployable database across multiple platforms
- Identify vanity URLs in audited collateral and construct a comprehensive database complete with campaign IDs and owners
- Define and document content models for development in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), collaborating closely with Digital Strategy and Marketing teams to align with enterprise goals
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in web content strategy, content management systems (CMS), and personalization
- Proven experience with Structured Content and backend system content modeling (looking at content as data)
- Prior experience in the Finance / Consumer Banking or Tech industries
- Direct experience working within Web Content Management System platforms
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or an equivalent field
- A portfolio of samples or case studies demonstrating how you have tackled complex content structure challenges in your career
- A proactive self-starter who can 'hit the ground running' and self-lead through ambiguous migration projects
- Experience with Content Schema
