[Remote] Staff Business Systems Analyst

The Staff Business Systems Analyst will serve as a Salesforce expert, managing platform ownership, cross-platform integration, and stakeholder partnerships to enhance the company's operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and develop solutions across our Salesforce environment
  • Maintain and evolve a mature Sales Cloud foundation with strong pipeline instrumentation
  • Help architect and scale an emerging Service Cloud landscape
  • Provide end-to-end platform support, including:
  • User support
  • Data quality management
  • Complex automation
  • Custom development
  • Partner across systems that integrate with Salesforce, including:
  • Zuora (billing and payments)
  • Workato (integrations)
  • Sage Intacct (ERP)
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Snowflake EDW
  • Understand and monitor how data flows between systems
  • Troubleshoot integration and data sync issues when they arise
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Translate technical constraints into clear business terms
  • Partner directly with key stakeholders, including:
  • Sales leadership
  • Service operations
  • Finance
  • Other cross-functional teams
  • Build credibility and drive adoption through strong relationships and consistent follow-through
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new capabilities
  • Create clear specifications that internal or external developers can execute against
  • Maintain durable documentation that supports future teammates and long-term platform scalability
  • Work alongside our Zuora BSA and collaborate with contractors supporting the broader platform ecosystem
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the team
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture as the team grows and scales

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, Salesforce administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in Salesforce across multiple orgs, with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and ideally Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer I preferred
  • Experience in billing platforms, ERPs, marketing automation, data warehouses, or iPaaS tools
