[Remote] Property Management Operations Manager\/Team Leader \- Permanent Work From Home

VirtuallyinCredible Careers Hub is seeking a Property Management Operations Manager/Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of a property management team. This leadership role involves supervising Virtual Assistants and ensuring tasks across leasing, maintenance, collections, and administration are completed efficiently while driving performance and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all leasing, collections, maintenance dispatching, and administrative activities
- Ensure all rental inquiries are answered promptly
- Monitor lead conversion rates, applications, approvals, move-ins, and occupancy levels
- Supervise daily posting of rental advertisements on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and other rental platforms
- Review guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completed
- Manage and supervise team members and provide daily performance coaching
- Identify operational problems and recommend solutions to improve occupancy and collections
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of apartment, multifamily, or residential property management experience
- Experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel, and administrative staff
- Strong understanding of leasing, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency follow-up, work-order management, and occupancy management
- Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees
- Strong reporting and organizational skills
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English
- Quiet home office work environment
