Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
  • Partner closely with GTM leaders to deeply understand their teams, hiring needs, and what 'great' looks like for each role
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines of top GTM talent through sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach — don't wait for inbound
  • Drive an efficient, structured interview process that moves quickly without sacrificing quality or rigor
  • Use data to manage your desk: track pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness, and share insights with stakeholders regularly
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process — from JD language to structured interviews to diverse slates
  • Contribute to recruiter brand-building efforts, including events, content, and outreach that position Supio as a destination for GTM talent
  • Help shape and improve TA processes, tools, and playbooks as we scale

Skills

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS)
  • Strong track record hiring for SaaS / AI / enterprise technology companies
  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people who aren't looking and make them want to look
  • Excellent stakeholder management: you can push back, set expectations, and keep hiring managers accountable without losing the relationship
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting — you track what matters and use it to improve
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with the personal injury or broader legal market
  • Gem ATS experience
  • Previous experience at a company that went through a significant growth phase (Series B and beyond)
