Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for passengers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries received via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
  • Assist customers with new reservations, modifications to existing bookings, cancellations, upgrades, and special service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive information about flight schedules, airport procedures, baggage policies, loyalty programs, and travel documentation requirements.
  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and unexpected travel disruptions with empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, loyalty, and technical support, to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
