Role Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist to join our remote workforce on a part‑time basis. In this dual‑focused position, you will be the guardian of data accuracy while also serving as a friendly point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Entry

  • Enter data into multiple platforms and databases with speed and precision, adhering to established quality standards.
  • Review documents, spreadsheets, and reports to extract relevant information and populate system fields accurately.
  • Organize and categorize data to facilitate easy retrieval, reporting, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Utilize pivot tables, formulas, and other analytical tools to transform raw data into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Transcribe audio recordings, handwritten notes, and scanned documents into digital formats, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of the master data set.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of data entry procedures, system configurations, and workflow enhancements.

Customer Service & Support

  • Respond promptly to internal inquiries regarding data status, system usage, and procedural guidance.
  • Provide courteous assistance to external partners, helping them navigate data submission portals and resolve submission issues.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as finance, operations, and IT—to streamline data flows and improve overall efficiency.
  • Document recurring support topics and contribute to the development of a knowledge base for future reference.

Administrative & Process Improvement

  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and printing, to keep the virtual office organized.
