Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring an Entry-Level Remote Online Chat Support Specialist to join our expanding team of live chat assistants.   • Following established communication scripts while still adding your own warm, human tone to every conversation so that customers feel heard and valued.
  • Maintaining a positive and approachable attitude throughout every chat interaction, regardless of the topic or the customer's tone.
