Key Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy of information by cross-referencing source documents and confirming that entered data matches original records.
  • Update, edit, and retrieve existing data within databases in response to internal requests from team members, managers, or clients.
  • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc backups to safeguard data and ensure business continuity in the event of system errors or unforeseen incidents.
  • Organize, categorize, and maintain physical and digital files and records to enable efficient data retrieval and long-term information management.

Essential Qualifications
