About arenaflex and the Opportunity Ahead

At arenaflex, we believe that meaningful work begins with purpose. Our mission is to create Better Care for a Better World, and that bold vision shapes every decision we make, every product we develop, and every experience we deliver. For decades, our iconic brands have touched the lives of billions of people across the globe, becoming trusted household names synonymous with quality, innovation, and care. Now, we are looking for a passionate, analytical, and visionary professional to join our International Family and Professional Care (IFP) segment as a Customer Experience Data Analytics Lead.

This is not just another analytics role. This is an opportunity to stand at the intersection of data, customer experience, and business transformation within one of the most dynamic B2B environments in the world. If you are the kind of person who refuses to settle for ordinary, who thrives on turning complex data into compelling stories, and who wants to make a tangible impact on how businesses experience our brands, then arenaflex is where your next chapter begins.

Role Overview

As the Customer Experience Data Analytics Lead at arenaflex, you will be the driving force behind our IFP CX data and analytics strategy. Your mission will be to deeply understand, measure, and transform the B2B customer experience across our global portfolio. Working alongside senior stakeholders, growth teams, and Accountable Business Units (ABUs), you will embed data-driven decision-making into the very fabric of our customer experience culture. You will not just report on the past — you will shape the future by delivering proactive, provocative, and actionable insights that translate directly into business performance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day impact will span strategic planning, advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and cultural transformation. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Execute CX Analytics Strategy: Design, build, and continuously refine a comprehensive customer experience analytics roadmap that aligns with arenaflex's broader business objectives and the specific goals of the IFP segment.
  • Partner with Growth and ABU CX Teams: Collaborate closely with IFP Growth teams and Accountable Business Units to integrate data-driven thinking into every customer experience initiative, ensuring that insights drive real business outcomes.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Generate proactive, provocative, and decision-ready CX insights that go beyond dashboards — insights that challenge assumptions, uncover hidden opportunities, and translate directly into measurable business action and performance improvements.
  • Drive Data Governance Excellence: Partner with Digital Technology Solutions and other key stakeholders to establish and enforce robust data governance standards that ensure data quality, consistency, security, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Elevate Data Literacy: Champion a data-driven culture by improving data literacy and fluency within CX teams through training, enablement, tooling, and ongoing coaching.
  • Build Advanced Analytics Capabilities: Develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions against prioritized B2B International Market Expansion (IME) use cases, including pipeline review optimization, churn management, customer lifetime value modeling, and predictive segmentation.
  • Influence Senior Stakeholders: Communicate complex analytical findings in a concise, compelling, and persuasive manner to senior leaders, translating technical detail into clear business narratives.
  • Navigate a Matrix Environment: Effectively prioritize opportunities and influence across a complex matrix organization, building credibility with peers and cross-functional partners.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in data analytics combined with a deep understanding of customer experience in a B2B context. Specifically, we are looking for:

  • Proven B2B Analytics Experience: Demonstrated success in a data analytics role within a B2B environment, ideally supporting customer experience, sales, or commercial functions.
  • Customer Experience Data Fluency: Solid understanding of CX datasets, metrics, and their practical application — including NPS, CSAT, customer journey analytics, voice of customer, and behavioral data.
  • Broad Analytics Expertise: Hands-on experience across the full analytics spectrum, from descriptive and diagnostic analytics through to predictive and prescriptive modeling.
  • Visualization Mastery: Advanced expertise with Power BI and other modern data visualization tools, with the ability to build intuitive, executive-ready dashboards and reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Highly developed collaboration skills with a proven ability to work across a matrix organization, influence peers, and build credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data stories in a concise, persuasive, and business-focused format to senior leadership audiences.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Strong ability to prioritize opportunities, manage multiple workstreams, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Attributes and Nice-to-Haves

While not strictly required, the following attributes will help you stand out:

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data manipulation and modeling languages.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Prior exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics) and how customer data flows through them.
  • Experience working in a global, multinational organization with diverse markets and customer profiles.
  • A continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying ahead of analytics trends and emerging technologies.

Skills and Competencies for Success

Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a well-rounded professional who brings:

  • Analytical Rigor: A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Curiosity and Creativity: A natural inclination to ask "why" and to explore data from unconventional angles.
  • Business Acumen: The ability to connect data findings to commercial outcomes and strategic priorities.
  • Influence and Impact: Confidence to challenge the status quo and present bold, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Mentorship and Enablement: A genuine desire to uplift others by sharing knowledge and building team capability.
