Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

We are seeking an experienced GRC professional to serve as a Data Entry Specialist within our Cybersecurity Governance, Threat, and Compliance (GTC) team. This remote, part‑ or full‑time role is pivotal in managing third‑party risk assessments, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring that all security‑related data is accurately captured, tracked, and reported. Key Responsibilities

  • Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) Data Coordination: Receive, validate, and log incoming third‑party risk assessment requests, collaborating with business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
  • Questionnaire Administration: Distribute due‑diligence questionnaires to internal and external partners, review submissions for completeness, and identify gaps in security controls.
  • Documentation & Remediation Tracking: File responses, findings, and remediation plans in arenaflex’s GRC platform, ensuring all records are up‑to‑date and audit‑ready.
  • Review & Reporting: Draft and review risk assessment reports, coordinate sign‑off with business owners, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
  • Liaison & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to risk methodology, providing clear explanations to both internal teams and third‑party vendors.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Track the status of open risk items, update findings, and drive closure of remediation activities in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, propose enhancements to arenaflex’s GRC tools, and support the rollout of new compliance initiatives.
  • Governance & Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 18, and other relevant standards documentation, ensuring alignment with corporate policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in third‑party risk management, security compliance, or audit tracking.
  • Demonstrated expertise with GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream) and strong data‑entry accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and SSAE 18.
  • Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting security questionnaires, contracts, and audit evidence.
