[Remote] Technology Implementation Lead - Finance Data Platform

Humana is a leading U.S. healthcare company seeking a Technology Implementation Lead to deliver innovative cloud and data solutions for finance. The role involves translating business strategy into scalable technical solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives through effective communication and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- The Technology Implementation Lead gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support, and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements
- Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team
- Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
- Research and incorporate industry-leading cloud practices related to Cloud data solutions, data governance and data foundations (Reference Data Management, Metadata, Data Quality)
- Execute rapid prototyping to validate complex business requirements
- You will work with IT to get requirements accurately implemented
- Build UAT testing and post-production validation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, Strategic Finance or a related technical field
- 5 or more years of total experience in financial systems or data solutions
- 2 or more years of experience in cloud technologies
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
- Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
- Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
- Facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
- Data related certifications on any major cloud platform
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
- Data related certifications on DataBricks
- Intermediate to expert level SQL expertise
