Zettabyte is building a next-generation AI infrastructure platform that supports developers and companies in training and deploying machine learning models. They are seeking a Growth Operations Intern to help drive user growth and engagement for their AI platform through data-driven experiments and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams
  • Assist with user onboarding and activation programs
  • Support user engagement and retention initiatives, including referral programs and community activities
  • Analyze growth metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement
  • Build simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance
  • Work with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experience
  • Collect feedback from developers and identify opportunities to improve the platform

Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
  • Strong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with growth, marketing, or community operations
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis
  • Interest in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms
