[Remote] Service Operations Consultant I

The Service Operations Consultant I role focuses on supporting business functions and improving customer experiences through operational process enhancements and effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Completes assigned tasks and customer support initiatives accurately and within established timelines
- With direction, participates in and contributes to operational process improvement projects that enhance the customer experience and service delivery
- Owns, manages, and executes at least one critical recurring operational process to ensure consistent and high-quality service
- Tracks individual performance, project milestones, and timelines to support timely and effective customer outcomes
- Composes and communicates professionally in all interactions including phone calls, memos, letters, and emails, to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Continuously evaluates existing operational procedures and processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- With some direction, supports the development, design, and implementation of new processes that improve operational effectiveness and the customer experience
- Monitors due dates and deliverables to ensure timely completion and submission of materials, supporting a responsive and dependable customer experience
