Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Valid teaching certification in Special Education. • Experience delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs. • Strong understanding of IEPs and the ability to create and implement effective strategies and accommodations. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency with virtual teaching platforms and educational technology. • A passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
