Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services. • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with leads and establish rapport. • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities for business development. • Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them on to the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM software. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals. • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our offerings. Qualifications • Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in technology sales or software industries. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English. • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies. • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and engage prospects effectively. • Experience in business development is a plus, along with knowledge of market dynamics. • Proficient in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage leads and track progress.
