Position Overview Program Florida Workers' Compensation (FL WC EMR) Role Physicians act as Expert Medical Advisors (EMAs) to: • Resolve disputes related to reimbursement, healthcare services, and physician treatment. • Provide expert medical opinions, peer reviews, and testimony to Judges of Compensation Claims. • Address disagreements between independent medical examiners or other healthcare providers.
