About the position Outlier Ai is seeking voice actors to assist in training AI models by providing human feedback through voice recordings. This role involves recording conversations that express various emotions and accents, as well as reviewing recordings made by other users. The position is remote and offers flexible hours, allowing voice actors to work at their convenience. Responsibilities Record voice samples for short conversations expressing different emotions and accents. , Review audio recordings submitted by other users. , Ensure high-quality audio clips are delivered, free from reverb or static. , Work remotely and manage your own schedule. Requirements Native fluency in English. , Experience in voice-related work such as voiceover acting, podcast recording, or audio narration. , Access to a high-fidelity microphone for recordings. , Ability to record in a quiet location without background noise. Nice-to-haves Experience with on-screen or on-stage acting, stand-up or improv comedy. , Background in vocal music, therapy, teaching, or life coaching. , Ability to express a wide range of emotions through voice. , Capability to perform accents or impressions.
