Key Responsibilities • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to medical billing inquiries. • Address general questions concerning medical bills received by patients. • Process payments and conduct research on billing statuses. • Assist patients in resolving account issues and discuss outstanding funds owed. • Employ various systems, including EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, for efficient call management and information retrieval. Required Skills • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients. • Strong technological aptitude and proficiency in utilizing computer systems. • Effective problem-solving capabilities and patience in handling inquiries. Qualifications • At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in retail, restaurant, or call center settings. • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
