Job Summary:

We're looking for a part-time, licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC) in Minnesota to provide evidence-based therapy to support our members' mental health goals. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll partner with psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers to deliver comprehensive care. This is a 1099, part-time position with opportunities for full-time in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help members meet their goals
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure integrated care
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC in Minnesota (additional state licenses a plus)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth via video
• Organized and enthusiastic about a dynamic team environment
• Warm and engaging clinical style
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve their goals
• Availability for evening hours and potential Saturdays
