About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, strong communicator, and collaborative individual who can flawlessly execute video campaigns, provide ongoing campaign management, and troubleshoot technical issues. As a Media Buyer, you will be the technical point of contact for internal teams and clients, and will work closely with Account Management to develop upsell strategies. If you're a self-directed professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen eye for data and analytics, and a passion for the online video space, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Create and launch video campaigns across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Google Video Partners, Facebook, and more
  • Provide ongoing campaign management to ensure optimal performance and delivery, exceeding KPI expectations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including pixels/tags, creative, and 3rd party vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams, 3rd party vendors, and clients to launch and optimize campaigns
  • Act as technical point of contact for internal teams and clients
  • Communicate new product updates/features and value to internal teams
  • Develop upsell strategies with Account Management, using data & analytics, marketplace trends, and new features/products
  • Stay up-to-date with the evolving digital ecosystem and relevant cultural events that may impact buying strategy
  • Proactively find opportunities to grow the business by analyzing campaign analytics and marketplace trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in YouTube, SEM, and Facebook/PMDs buying and execution
  • AdWords, YouTube, and/or Facebook certification (a plus!)
  • Passion and knowledge of the online video space, including marketplace trends and 3rd party research partners
  • Keen eye for data and analytics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to test creative buying techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Collaborative and self-directed professional
