We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our team at AdvaCare Systems, a leading provider of Durable Medical Equipment to hospice organizations and skilled-nursing facilities throughout the Midwest.
As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service activities, including dispatching deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, homecare, and hospice providers. Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, homecare, and hospice providers
- Ensure Delivery Drivers receive daily schedules and create order tickets for Delivery Drivers
- Collect serial numbers and completion times from Delivery Drivers and provide ETAs to the Customer Service department for time-sensitive deliveries
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Dispatching or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Dispatching Software
- Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills
- Remote position - must have access to reliable internet service
Additional Information:
- All applicants must pass a national criminal background check to be considered for the position
- Shift Details: Part-Time Weekends Only (12 hours per Weekend)
- Training Class to commence on Saturday, January 11, 2025 (approx. 3-4 weeks)
