Position Summary

As a remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our business partners to develop analytics strategies that drive business priorities. You'll own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. You'll use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to identify trends, propose solutions, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies that drive business priorities

• Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
• Use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to identify trends, propose solutions, and drive business growth
• Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses
• Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to communicate analytics results and solutions
• Use robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of relevant analytic experience

• Experience programming using R or Python
• Experience in SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners

• Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources
• Demonstrates expertise in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in some areas

Education

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field

• Master's degree or PhD preferred
