In as little as five months, you can take the next step to become an Account Expert, where you'll lead customer experiences with confidence, drive resolutions, and help shape the future of arenaflex service.

As an Expert, you'll start by earning $20.00 per hour, with most new Experts earning over $22 per hour through base pay and incentive bonuses. Responsibilities:

* Provide proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns

  • Build customer loyalty and create value through thoughtful account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, services, and solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards
  • Complete training requirements to develop new skills, expand knowledge, and grow within arenaflex

Qualifications:

* ONSITE Position

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
