Core Responsibilities

As a member of the arenaflex Customer Experience Team, you will:

  • Act as a liaison between arenaflex, healthcare providers, and patients to ensure seamless communication.
  • Resolve routine and complex customer requests via inbound/outbound calls, email, and web portals.
  • Provide clear, courteous, and professional product education, guiding customers through test ordering, result retrieval, and service options.
  • Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements, ensuring solutions are accurately matched to needs.
  • Qualify inbound leads, onboarding new customers to arenaflex’s suite of diagnostic services.
  • Navigate multiple databases and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) to research and resolve issues.
  • Notify clients of test results promptly, maintaining strict adherence to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Review test requisition forms for completeness, flagging discrepancies for corrective action.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain HIPAA‑compliant records, supporting medical record management and CRM data integrity.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call‑center environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with healthcare settings such as physician offices or hospitals (highly desirable).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
