[Remote] Trade Marketing Specialist

The Trade Marketing Specialist will develop and execute trade marketing plans to support market entry and brand visibility, while collaborating with teams to design promotional programs and monitor campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans that support market entry, channel growth, and brand visibility across targeted regions
- Conduct market and channel analysis, supporting market planning initiatives
- Align trade marketing activities with overall marketing and commercial strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design promotional programs, sales enablement tools, and trade materials tailored to distributors, retailers, and business clients
- Monitor performance metrics, track ROI of trade initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and support cross-border business development
Skills
- Strong Trade Marketing experience, including developing and executing channel and in-market activation plans
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing to support go-to-market strategies, market entry, and expansion initiatives
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret market data, sales performance, and campaign results for decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and global market counterparts
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with productivity and marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, presentation software, and basic data analysis tools)
- Experience in B2B or international trade environments is preferred; familiarity with cross-border or emerging markets is a plus
