[Remote] Head of Finance and Accounting

CareerLibrary.PK is seeking an experienced Head of Finance and Accounting to lead client account management and strengthen long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will oversee key client accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client objectives and recommend appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare account reports, proposals, and client updates
• Resolve client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate account information using CRM systems
• Support client retention and contract renewal activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relations, or a similar role
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
