[Remote] Head of Finance and Accounting

CareerLibrary.PK is seeking an experienced Head of Finance and Accounting to lead client account management and strengthen long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will oversee key client accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client objectives and recommend appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare account reports, proposals, and client updates
- Resolve client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate account information using CRM systems
- Support client retention and contract renewal activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relations, or a similar role
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
