[Remote] Account Manager - Business Development

They are seeking an Account Manager in Business Development to grow existing accounts, qualify inbound leads, and enhance client satisfaction while implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Account Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities
• Client Engagement and Success: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service
• Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using HubSpot CRM software
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar field from an accredited institution preferred
• 6+ years of experience in a similar engineering or proposal role
• Previous experience in cost estimating, proposal writing, and/or technical sales is highly preferred
• Good interpersonal and people skills
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
