Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
- Assist clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and organized digital documentation
- Provide responsive client support and follow-up communication
- Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship meetings
- Build long-term relationships through consistent, client-focused service
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and self-motivated while working independently
- Comfortable presenting information during virtual meetings
- Familiar with video conferencing and basic digital tools
- Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam
- Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
