[Remote] Contract Recruiter

They are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts for high volume call center and operations roles, as well as leadership and corporate opportunities in a fast-paced healthcare-focused business.
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to juggle a high volume of open requisitions without losing organization, follow-through, or candidate momentum
- Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with hiring leaders whose needs may shift or refine during the search process
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments with evolving business priorities
- Strong screening and calibration ability across customer support, operations, care-related, and corporate support roles
- A proactive sourcing mindset with the ability to build pipelines rather than relying only on inbound applicants
- High ownership, responsiveness, and a strong sense of urgency
- Sound judgment in identifying blockers early and escalating issues before they slow down the process
- Comfort working independently and contributing quickly without extensive onboarding
- Strong ATS hygiene and disciplined recruiting process management
Skills
- Background in call center or customer support hiring, multi-state operational recruiting, preferably from a healthcare startup environment
- Experience supporting both high-volume hiring
- Success in fast growth or highly operational environments where hiring priorities can change frequently
- Comfortable utilizing Technology tools including ATS systems and AI Tools
