Position Overview
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our data‑capture pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from scanned images into the arenaflex QuickClaim system, maintaining a high level of precision.
- Identify document types based on visual cues and accompanying metadata, ensuring proper categorization.
- Review and validate entered data against quality standards, correcting any discrepancies before submission.
- Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s privacy policies.
- Communicate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve data‑related questions.
- Propose process enhancements and workflow optimizations that increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
- Complete daily task quotas, ensuring that all assigned work is finished before the end of your shift.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed, such as filing, basic reporting, and system maintenance.
Essential Qualifications
