[Remote] Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Springboard Health is dedicated to connecting life-saving clinicians with hospitals in need. The Recruiter will build relationships with healthcare professionals, manage recruitment pipelines, and guide clinicians through the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Build real relationships with healthcare professionals across the country
- Recruit through calls, texts, and social
- Own and grow your pipeline
- Act as the point of contact between clinicians and Springboard Health, guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process and resolving issues efficiently
- Guide clinicians from first conversation → placement → long-term success
Skills
- You're sales-driven and love winning
- You're a natural relationship builder
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- 1–2+ years in sales, service or recruiting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Confidence on the phone (cold calling = no problem)
- Strong organization + follow-up skills
- Grit, drive, and a 'get it done' attitude
