[Remote] Data Measurement & Reporting Lead Analyst - Remote

In this role, you will deliver meaningful insights through data analysis, lead reporting initiatives, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation across products and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis efforts including development, assessment, monitoring, and delivery of reporting solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support decision making
- Design, build, and maintain standard and custom reporting for clients, brokers, sales, and internal partners
- Manage and prioritize reporting requests, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and timely delivery
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee testing, validation, and implementation of reporting solutions
- Build deep knowledge across products, systems, and data sources to act as a trusted subject matter expert
- Collaborate across teams in a matrixed environment to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field with hands-on responsibility for managing and analyzing data
- Experience working with relational databases and writing queries using tools such as SQL, SAS, or Excel
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and data mining skills, including root cause analysis
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights to varied audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience collaborating across teams and working in a matrixed organization
- Experience working with healthcare data or within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Evernorth or Cigna products and systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
