Responsibilities

  • Connect with inbound client requests who have asked for insurance information
  • Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
  • Ask clear questions to understand client needs
  • Present appropriate insurance options based on those needs
  • Assist clients through the application process
  • Follow company systems for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
  • Participate in required training and team meetings

Skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
  • Comfortable communicating by phone and video
  • Ability to follow structured systems and processes
  • An active Life Insurance License is required for this role
  • Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one prior to client appointments
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment
