Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound client requests who have asked for insurance information
- Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
- Ask clear questions to understand client needs
- Present appropriate insurance options based on those needs
- Assist clients through the application process
- Follow company systems for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
- Participate in required training and team meetings
Skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
- Comfortable communicating by phone and video
- Ability to follow structured systems and processes
- An active Life Insurance License is required for this role
- Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one prior to client appointments
- Experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
